Samples
All samples requested will be charged at the individual card price + 1st class stamp (to cover costs)
If using our design service - Invitations for Occasions will issue a quote for the final products based on your individual design.
Alterations
The client agrees to notify Invitations for Occasions immediately of any changes to names, addresses, dates etc.
Invitations for Occasions will endeavour to make any changes free of charge if production is not already in progress.
Copyright
All artwork and designs produced are copyright of Invitations for Occasions. Breaches will be taken very seriously.
The client is responsible for obtaining permission for printed reproduction of any material, poems, hymns,
songs etc required.
The client indemnifies Invitations for Occasions against any action brought against it for breach of a third parties copyright.
Data Protection
Invitations for Occasions will not share any information you give with any third party.
Payment is understood to be acceptance of these stated Terms and Conditions.
Delivery
Invitations for Occasions deliver to the UK and EU Countries.
Delivery is usually by Royal Mail Standard Delivery (UK orders only)
For ALL International delivery charges please contact us directly for more information.
Invitations for Occasions reserves the right to use other carriers.
Whilst every care is taken in packing the order Invitations for Occasions cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit.
Miscellaneous
Invitations for Occasions will endeavour to supply the client as agreed but cannot be held liable for
situations beyond it’s control, for example - discontinued materials and postal disputes.
In such cases a suitable alternative will be made available.
Invitations for Occasions will be embossed into the back of each element of stationery as standard.
Our Products
The client should be aware that our products and packaging are not suitable for children.
As all wedding stationery items are handmade the client accepts there will be slight variations between
items.
Invitations for Occasions cannot be held responsible for the natural aging of products.
If the client orders wedding stationery in stages then Invitations for Occasions cannot guarantee
continuity of design.
Invitations for Occasions have made every attempt to represent our products as accurately as
possible and any images we publish are for illustrative purposes only.
Colour reproduction is as accurate as possible via the various mediums.
The client can be certain that the proof is an accurate representation of the final product.
Proofs
While we take every care in producing your proofs, it is the responsibility of the client to proof read any
text thoroughly prior to printing.
Proof forms must be signed, dated and returned by post - or confirmed via email.
Once the proofs have been signed off any further alterations will incur an additional charge
